Artist Spotlight: Jess Sluder
Salt Lake City native, Jess Sluder began drawing at the tender age of 3. “Some of my first memories were sitting down with my Mom to mimic her illustrations.” Over the years he was in and out of art classes but never found a home for his style. It wasn’t until he moved to the eccentric, hyper artistic community of Venice that he rediscovered his passion for the Arts. “When i moved to Venice, I found a part of me that had been hiding for a while. I began revisiting things that made me happy when i was young, which is to ride my bike, paint and draw what’s inside my mind.”
